Fern Ross is an E-RYT 500 specialising in vinyasa, pregnancy and postnatal yoga. Her teaching style is grounded, nurturing and joyful, with a love for anatomy that is rooted in finding comfort and ease in your own skin.
She blends modern understandings of movement with the traditions of yoga to empower her students on their own path of self-enquiry. She is a firm believer that there is a yoga practice for you whatever your season of life, and has seen her own practice take many unexpected (but very welcome!) twists and turns over the past decade.
