Join Union Station Yoga teacher, Pippa Richardson, for a nourishing 3-day yoga retreat at The Gallivant to deepen your connection to yourself, to nature and to a community of like-minded people.

Through embodied hatha yoga, journaling and discussion we will explore the theme of self-compassion and how this impacts our lives - both on and off the yoga mat. Pippa’s mindful approach to movement, will support you to listen to your intuition and innate body wisdom - discovering a yoga practice that deeply serves you and your needs. Integrating the insights from our practice, we will integrate our retreat by identifying how and where we can invite more love and compassion into our every day lives.

This three day escape is designed to replenish your energy levels with special menus of delicious, locally sourced food, mindful yoga and meditation practices, and beautiful sunset walks on the beach to soak up the ocean air. See full retreat schedule here.

Only a short trip 90 minute train or drive from London, retreat will be a deeply nourishing few days of self-care and reflection - a true gift to your heart and wellbeing.

In order to ensure your safety and maintain physical distancing guidelines, we will be keeping the group size small. The yoga practise will be accessibe to all levels of students, beginners are more than welcome!

Meet Pippa


Pippa is a highly regarded Yoga Teacher & Body Awareness Therapist. Pippa leads yoga classes, workshops and retreats throughout the UK and abroad and specialises in working one-to-one.

Pippa’s classes are spacious and intuitive, allowing time for exploration and reflection. Her teaching encourages her students to develop their embodied awareness so that they can be guided by their own body wisdom. She has a mindful and unique approach to alignment, which honours the needs for different approaches for individual structures.

As the Founder of ‘the girlness project’ – an initiative that supports the physical and emotional wellbeing of young women – Pippa also works regularly with schools to deliver sessions that educate young women on the key topics of self-compassion, social media, body image and resilience.

Pippa is an engaging and inspiring teacher who weaves insights from her personal journey alongside practices that support a healthy relationship with body and mind.
